A new vision for RACS Group
Following visits to the US by senior managers, RACS create a new vision for the company to provide a complete end-to-end solution for the recruitment sector, from onboarding, to pay and everything in-between. A key part of realising the new vision is to harness new technologies to increase efficiencies and lower costs across the recruitment supply chain.

People PAYE launched
Having identified the need to diversify to meet the changing landscape, the business introduced a range of new offerings, including People PAYE.

Addressing the market
People PAYE starts employing contractors under PAYE contracts as a viable alternative to umbrella products. Based on the Professional Employment Organisation (PEO) model which has been successfully operating in the US for the past 30 years. RACS Collective Plus (umbrella) continues employing contractors alongside People PAYE.

Enhancing the offer
My Wallet benefits launched. The points based benefits platform designed for both RACS and People PAYE contractors to enhance loyalty and retention. Contractors earn points each time they are paid to spend on benefits of their choice. Loyalty fund created to financially reward loyal contractors alongside CPD and other benefits.
